Cancellation Policy
Effective From: 1st May 2026
All bookings are paid in full at the time of booking. Please read this Cancellation Policy carefully before completing your booking. By making a booking you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
1. Cancellations by the Client
More than 72 hours before your booking:
You will receive a full studio credit to the value of your booking. No refunds will be issued. Studio credit has no expiry date and may be applied to any future booking.
Between 24 and 72 hours before your booking: You will receive a studio credit equal to 50% of your booking value. A rescheduling fee of 50% of your booking value will be forfeited. No cash refunds will be issued.
Less than 24 hours before your booking: No refund, studio credit, or rescheduling will be offered. The full booking amount is forfeited.
2. Rescheduling
Bookings may be rescheduled a maximum of one (1) time, subject to availability, provided the rescheduling request is made more than 72 hours before the original booking time.
If a rescheduled booking is subsequently cancelled for any reason, no refund, studio credit, or further rescheduling will be offered. The full booking amount is forfeited.
All rescheduled bookings must be made within 60 days of the original booking date. If a new date is not confirmed within this period, the booking will be considered void and no credit or refund will apply.
3. No Refund Policy
Casa Sociale does not offer cash refunds under any circumstances, except in the case of a cancellation by Casa Sociale (see Section 4 below). Studio credit is the only form of compensation available for eligible cancellations.
4. Cancellations by Casa Sociale
In the rare event that Casa Sociale must cancel a booking, the Client will receive a full 100% refund of their booking value to their original payment method, or a full studio credit at the Client's election. We will notify the Client as soon as practicable if this situation arises.
5. How to Cancel or Reschedule
To cancel or reschedule a booking, please contact us at info@casasociale.com.au as soon as possible. The time of your email or message will be used to determine which cancellation tier applies. Verbal or social media requests will not be accepted — all cancellation and rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing to info@casasociale.com.au.
6. Bookings Made with Studio Credit
Bookings made using studio credit are subject to the same cancellation policy as standard bookings. Studio credit used toward a cancelled booking will only be re-credited if the cancellation is made more than 72 hours before the booking time.
