Studio Rules

These Studio Rules apply to all clients, guests, and visitors across all spaces at Casa Sociale, including the Podcast Studio, Content Studio, and Event Space. By completing a booking, you acknowledge that you have read the Rules and agree to these Studio Rules in full.
General Rules — All Spaces
Treat the Studio, all furniture, props, equipment, and fittings with care and respect.
Strictly no smoking or vaping anywhere inside or immediately outside the premises.
Strictly no open flames of any kind.
No hazardous materials, banned substances, or illegal items.
No adult or sexually explicit content.
No body oils. Any stains or damage caused by body oils will be charged to the client.
No fake tan products. Any stains or damage will incur a cleaning fee.
All children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
You are only permitted to use the Studio during your paid booking period. Set-up and pack-down must be completed within your booked time.
All rubbish must be removed and the space returned to the condition it was found before you leave.
Podcast Studio — Specific Rules
No food inside the Podcast Studio at any time.
Drinks are permitted but must be kept well away from all microphones and equipment.
Do not touch, move, adjust, or tamper with any microphones, cameras, lights, or other equipment once setup is complete.
The studio will be set up and tested by a Casa Sociale team member before your session. If you have questions about the setup, ask before your session begins.
Full Service bookings: a Casa Sociale team member will be present throughout your session to manage all technical aspects.
DIY bookings: you are responsible for operating the equipment. Assistance with setup will be provided at the start of your session only.
Dry Hire bookings: the space is provided as-is. You are responsible for your own equipment and setup.
Content Studio — Specific Rules
Return all furniture and props to their original positions before leaving. Failure to do so will result in a $50+GST resetting fee.
Clean up any spills of food, drink, makeup, glitter, or similar substances before leaving. Failure to leave the space in the condition it was found will result in a cleaning fee of $150+GST, charged to the payment method on file. If the extent of cleaning required exceeds this amount and a third party is engaged, you will be responsible for the full cost.
A tripod and small ring light are included. Please handle with care and return to the designated location.
Glitter, confetti, and beads may be used but must be fully cleaned up before the end of your session. Cleaning tools are available on site.
Event Space — Specific Rules
Maximum capacity: 50 persons.
All events must conclude and the space must be vacated by 10:00 PM.
No alcohol to be brought onto or consumed on the premises.
The Client is responsible for the conduct of all guests attending their event.
Any damage caused during an event will be charged to the Client's payment method on file.
Damage & Cleaning Fees
If you break, stain, rip, or cause any damage to property, you will be charged for the full cost of repair or replacement as assessed by the owner. Photo and/or video evidence and a detailed incident report will be provided prior to any charge being applied.
Failure to leave the space in the condition it was found will result in a cleaning fee of $150+GST, charged to the payment method on file. If the extent of cleaning required exceeds this amount and a third party is engaged, you will be responsible for the full cost. You will be notified of any amount exceeding $150+GST prior to processing.
A flat prop/furniture resetting fee of $50+GST applies if items are not returned to their original positions and our team is required to do so.
Overtime
Your session must end at the time confirmed in your booking. There is no grace period. If your session runs overtime, a fee of $5 per minute will be charged for every additional minute beyond your booked end time. This is not an extension of your booking.
Safety
Upon arrival, familiarise yourself with all emergency exits, fire escape routes, and the location of fire extinguishers.
Keep all exits and fire escape routes clear at all times.
In the event of a fire or emergency, evacuate immediately and call 000.
Report any hazards or safety concerns to Casa Sociale immediately by email info@casasociale.com.au.
Be aware of cabling and equipment on the ground or overhead.
If a situation endangers the safety of yourself or others, cease work immediately and contact Casa Sociale via info@casasociale.com.au.
Acknowledgement
By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Studio Rules, the Booking Terms & Conditions, and the Cancellation Policy. You acknowledge that failure to comply may result in additional charges, termination of your booking, and/or being banned from future bookings.
